iShares UK Property UCITS ETF GBP DIST (LSE: IUKP) Real-Estate and REIT

The one I’ve been looking at is  iShares UK Property UCITS ETF GBP DIST  ( LSE: IUKP ). This ETF aims to provide diversified exposure to UK real estate by tracking the   FTSE EPRA/Nareit UK Index . The index is designed to track the performance of real estate companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs) listed on the   London Stock Exchange .  It’s a decent size, with over £600m in assets, has a relatively low ongoing charge, and has been going since 2007. No wonder it’s one of the most popular ETFs for UK investors. The fund is also well-diversified, holding the 40 companies listed in the index. These operate in a wide variety of sectors including industrial, residential, and healthcare.  Out of the 40 firms, the largest holding is  Segro  at just over 20%. This specialises in out-of-town business space and is one of the biggest industrial property companies in Europe. Well-known names such as  Land Securities Group  and  British Land  are also in the fund, as is the largest

DIG ETF

The second-best-performing ETF of 2022 was the   ProShares Ultra Oil & Gas ETF (DIG) . DIG invests in large-cap US-based oil & gas companies, and it is another leveraged fund.  That means if the oil & gas companies' DIG tracks move higher by $1, DIG goes ups $2.

SJIM and LJIM Cramer ETF

SJIM and LJIM Cramer ETF An enterprising and clearly meme-savvy fund manager out there,  Tuttle Capital Management  has actually filed prospectuses for two Cramer-tracking funds: The Inverse Cramer ETF (SJIM) The Long Cramer ETF (LJIM) In retrospect, I'm not surprised. Tuttle Capital is known for its hilarious yet strangely effective ETF lineup. Case in point, their earlier  Short Innovation Daily ETF (SARK)  that bet against Cathie Wood and her funds is still up 73% year-to-date.  How the Inverse Cramer ETF might work Make no mistake, SJIM and LJIM will be actively managed funds. Although  Index One was able to construct an Inverse Cramer tracking index , the actual operations of a Cramer-based fund would be significantly more complex. This is not your vanilla buy-and-hold index fund.  According to Tuttle Capital, both ETFs will hold 20-25 Cramer picks in an equally weighted allocation. Because Cramer often makes his picks live on TV (or via tweets), the fund will likely have sign

In fact, when you look at the lithium ETF (LIT), it is signaling a couple powerful signs.
